1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the wing platform and its users. By accessing the wingvip.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

wing's services include casino, slots, live casino, sports betting, and other entertainment gaming services. These Terms apply to all wing products and services.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on wing, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts held by the same individual are not permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

wing may request identity verification of an account holder at any time. Before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions, you may be asked to provide a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

3 Age Verification and Minor Protection

All wing services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Protecting minors from gambling is our priority.

By registering, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age. If wing determines that an account holder is a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on wing:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, the balance will be added to your account automatically.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, the funds will be returned to the sender's mobile banking or bank account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

wing is committed to preventing money laundering. For unusual or suspicious transactions, wing may verify the account and take necessary legal steps.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

wing offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, but the following general provisions apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit will receive a 200% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are not cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• If the claim period for a bonus expires, it will be cancelled.
• If wing determines that bonus funds have been misused, wing reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any associated winnings.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• A bonus may only be usable on specified games — see the details of each bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

wing's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback, which is based on the net loss for the applicable cashback week. The criteria for VIP tier changes are set by wing and are subject to change.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wing platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to unfairly obtain bonus benefits.
• Using any software, bot, or automated tool to conduct gaming or betting activities.
• Manipulating game outcomes or exploiting any vulnerability in the system.
• Using payment methods for unlawful purposes or transacting through a third party's mobile banking account.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities against wing or other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all withdrawals will be suspended.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

Before placing a bet on wing, read the specific rules for each game or market. The general gaming rules are:

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on wing are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or via a live dealer. wing cannot alter the outcome of any game. If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the staked amount will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, wing provides live odds which may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is accepted are final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, wing's own rules will apply to the relevant bets.

7.3 Betting Limits

wing sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or market. Users can set their own betting limits from their account at any time — this is an important part of responsible gaming.

7.4 Sports Betting Integrity

Placing bets using advance knowledge of a match's outcome or involvement in match fixing is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bets will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

By registering on wing, you give us permission to collect and use your information in the manner described in our Privacy Policy.

• wing uses SSL encryption and other security technologies to keep your personal information safe.
• Your information will not be sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities due to legal obligations or to prevent fraud.
• To request correction or deletion of your information, contact the wing support team.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

wing may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If the account holder fails to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or account closure application).
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

9.2 Balance and Withdrawals

Upon account closure, if no bonus conditions apply to the remaining balance, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw those funds. However, if the closure is due to a breach of Terms or if fraud is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

wing makes every effort to maintain the quality of its services. However, wing will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is not completed due to an internet connection failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a fault with a third-party payment service.
• If the service is disrupted due to the user's own device or network issues.
• If the service is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Under no circumstances will wing be liable for compensation exceeding the amount of the user's actual loss.

11 Terms Changes and Amendments

wing reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
